How they are made

Dragonfly works are built with a physical lens array made of many small lenses that divide the image into different viewpoints. When the viewer moves, the image begins to show depth inside the work instead of switching from one picture to another — the feeling of looking into a small constructed world, where the image has volume, distance, and spatial behaviour.
